Beautiful beach house in gated community with 24 hour guardhouse. It has 2 parking spaces, wi-fi, play area with pool, playground, barbecue and air conditioning in all rooms, The house is very well located. You can walk to the supermarket or the beach.
Whether it's the ballad or the tranquility, the space caters to both audiences.
On weekends and holidays the beaches sometimes get very crowded. But you can walk south or north and have quieter beaches.

A casa é confortável, corresponde a descrição feita, está localizada em um condomínio tranquilo e bastante familiar. Eu e minha família aprovamos a nossa estadia. Entretanto, ficamos insatisfeitos com a falta de comunicação clara e antecipada a cerca da proibição em receber visitas, bem como, ao ter a piscina interditada por dois dias devido a manutenção. Também avisamos desde o primeiro dia sobre o vazamento em um dos banheiros e nenhuma providência foi tomada.

O imóvel é espaçoso porém a casa está um pouco descuidada , tivemos problemas com um ar condicionado que foi prontamente solucionado pelo proprietário, um acidente doméstico o gancho da rede se partiu pois estava muito enferrujado. No mais a localização é boa, condomínio organizado.
