Had such a wonderful stay here. The villa was immaculate. I stayed here with my family of four and it was the perfect size. 3 great sized bedrooms and lovely bathrooms. The decor throughout is lovely and the kitchen is very well equipped but the outdoor area is the best bit about this villa. The pool is an excellent size (worth noting for those with younger children considering staying here that the shallow end is not very shallow - it’s about 5ft deep!) All of the different areas are great with the bar/kitchen area with a built in BBQ, a cushioned seating area and a dining area. It’s a very peaceful area but you will need a car to stay here. There are a couple of shops & restaurants fairly close by (walkable within about 15-20 minutes) but would advise driving. Overall, I would highly recommend this villa & would certainly consider returning here for another stay. Thank you also to Gabi who was very helpful and a great host!

Anyone searching for a lovely quiet villa and urbanisation, look no further than Villa Victoria. Very clean and well maintained with weekly visits from the pool & garden maintenance. Well equipped kitchen , living room. The beds were very comfortable, likewise the bathrooms all modern and fresh. Air conditioning throughout the house if you want it. Outside sofa and table under a fixed shade, and the dining table and chairs under the small naya. A large gas BBQ and outside kitchen lives adjacent to the pool & patio. Parking to the front of the property in the shade, we managed to fit two small cars on there. Xabia only a few minutes drive away, Denia a little further. Booking was very straightforward, with the excellent host Gabi, who met us at the property on day 1. She is very good at her job, and was available for a minor issue we had, which she resolved quickly for us. The Balcon Al Mar urbanisation is very nice, and a lovely area to spend time on holiday. I would certainly have no concerns visiting this lovely villa again. Thank you.

A property which was beautifully presented and very clean. Very relaxing only English channels on tv were Sky News and BBC news and pool had no shallower end but saying that we loved it.
