About this house rental
Located in the heart of Suttons Bay, Front Cottage is a on the first floor of a vintage-style house with three bedrooms and one bathroom.
Enter from the street into a charming living room with nice decorative touches. There are hardwood floors throughout. It has a gas fireplace, air conditioning, and a washer/dryer. The bedrooms have one queen bed, one full bed, and a daybed.
A gorgeous beach is just around the corner–a very easy walk. In fact, all of Sutton's Bay is easily walkable. Check out the unique shops and restaurants! The library just behind the cottage offers free WIFI, and the Leelanau Trail, farm markets, and wineries are all close by. There is plenty to do in town or within a short drive in any direction.

The place was very nice. we did notice that the wood floors were very sticky between the kitchen and living room other than that everything else was fine

Great location. Kitchen was awesome, however, the ice maker never worked, and we could get the bedroom tv's to work - operator error??? Green Cottage, lower level would like to book for next year - will send separate email.

This was not our first time renting this cottage. Unfortunately, this stay wasn’t as nice as in previous years. It was clean when we arrived, but smelled very stuffy, like it had been closed up for quite some time. The pillows on the couch had a musty smell that was very noticeable and unsettling.
