Lage nahe an Restaurants und Bars. Zum Strand ist die Entfernung auch noch ok. Zugewiesener Stellplatz auf dem mit Zaun und Rolltor gesicherten Gemeinschaftsparkplatz. Leider war unser Stellplatz zunächst durch einen rücksichtslosen anderen Autofahrer belegt. Wurde nach Intervention mit einem Zettel an der Windschutzscheibe dann irgendwann frei gemacht. Saubere und gute Waschmaschine mit riesigem Gefrierfach.
Apartment war sehr muffig und es gelang uns trotz selbst gekauftem Lufterfrischer nicht, in einer Woche den modrigen Geruch herauszubringen. Außerdem war das Apartment bei unserer Übernahme nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Es war noch überall Sand auf dem Boden und Urinflecken auf der Toilette. Wir mussten erstmal eine Stunde grob reinigen. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. In der Hauptsaison sicher sehr anstrengend dort Ruhe zu finden.
