Unobstructed and dominant view for this pretty quiet villa located 2 minutes walk from the heart of a small Provencal village renowned for its vineyards.
This 125 m2 villa with 3 bedrooms on 1,200 m2 of land will seduce you with its privileged southern exposure, its swimming pool, its pleasant garden and its 2 spacious terraces, one of which is covered, where you can take your meals around a plancha.
Two adorable independent cats stay on the property.
Ideally located between the coast (St Tropez, St Raphael, Cannes) and the Gorges du Verdon.
From the villa, you will also have the possibility of discovering nature through numerous walks in the hills.

One of the best properties in Provence

This home is amazing. We stayed as a family of 6 and this house has everything that you would ever need to make you vacation fantastic. Christophe and his wife are so kind and welcoming. We felt at home right away. They were so helpful with anything that we needed. The house is equipped with everything you need. The kitchen and outside areas are fantastic. There is everything that you would need for enjoying the pool, going to the beach, relaxing at home and even bikes to take on the french countryside and mountains. The location is wonderful and in walking distance to the center of Taradeau where there is a bakery, a restaurant and a small bar. There are also events during the weekends and a small market. It is also a perfect location to go explore the surrounding areas; vineyards (very close to Domaines Ott), small Provence towns like Tourtour, Lorgues, Les Arcs and more, the seaside towns, great Michelin restaurants, Gorges du Verdon and bigger cities like Nice, Toulon and Marseille. I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Provence. We are definitely going back! Thank you so much, Christophe and Patricia.

Très bons séjours dans cette belle maison reposante et agréable. De plus avec un propriétaire accueillant, souple, bienveillant et plein d'humour. Taradeau est une ville bien située au cœur d'un environnement permettant des visites culturelles, de randonnées, des sites charmants. Nous étions avec 2 ados de 18 ans qui ont apprécié le séjour. On espère revenir dans cette maison.

Superbe!

Nous avons passé deux semaines splendides à Taradeau. La maison correspond parfaite à l’annonce. C’est un bel endroit, la cuisine est bien équipée, la piscine idéale pendant la chaleur pour se rafraîchir. Un tas de possibilités pour découvrir toutes ces petites villes et villages dans l’environnement : Lorgues, Salernes, Draguignan, Grimaud,Tourtour etc. Des refuges pour fuir les ennuis du coronavirus. Attention hélas aux moustiques… Et le chat donne toujours des surprises. Merci Christophe de votre accueil amical.

Nous avons passé 15 jours fort agréables , la maison est très confortable. A souligner tout particulièrement la superbe exposition de la piscine et la terrasse couverte permettant de bonnes fin de soirée. Les équipements sont complets et de qualité . Sans oublier les propriétaires très sympathiques . Un Vrai plaisir.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en juillet 2016 dans cette superbe location : villa parfaitement équipée et soignée, bien adaptée à des enfants jeunes ; environnement autour de la villa très calme et résidentiel ; jardin extérieur très bien aménagé avec tout le nécessaire pour l'été. Mention spéciale pour la grande piscine très bien orientée et sans vis à vis largement suffisante pour 4 personnes. Les propriétaires sont en outre très sympathiques et laissent beaucoup d'informations et de conseils pratiques pour que le séjour soit réussi. Enfin la situation du village permet d'en faire une bonne base arrière pour visiter la Cote d'azur. Nous reviendrions sans aucune hésitation dans cette villa si nous en avons l'occasion dans le futur

nous avons loué pour 15 jours.Location très propre et très bien entretenue et je dois dire que nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous, avec un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires et de bons conseils touristiques et sportifs. Village très calme, ainsi que le voisinage. 3 chambres spacieuses et bien pensées, une cuisine très bien équipée, et un espace extérieur magnifique, si il y avait quelque chose à dire ce serait qu'il manque un éclairage côté piscine pour passer les soirées. Nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir.

Nous avons passé 15 jours de détente et de calme dans cette splendide maison. Les espaces sont bien pensés, la présence de deux salles de bain n'est pas négligeable quand on vient en famille. Chaque chambre offre le confort requis. Cuisine fonctionnelle, salon spacieux et très bien équipé. Les espaces extérieurs sont intelligemment conçus, la piscine (de très belle taille) toujours ensoleillée, la grande terrasse ombragée, les transats de qualité, plancha très facile d'utilisation. Les propriétaires (adorables) sont soucieux de chaque détail et disponibles (nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir de les rencontrer mais ils ont toujours été joignables afin de répondre à nos questions) afin de veiller au confort des locataires. Le village est calme. Les alentours sont propices aux balades et aux découvertes de la région. N'hésitez pas à siroter le vin rosé local, il se laisse boire sans problème... Nous conseillons cette location. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent!
