Very close to the airport. Conveniently located to restaurants and stores.

The towels and washcloths. Only allowing 1 each for multiple days.

In no particular order 1. The owner and team are responsive. 2. You can show up without a plan and be taken care of. However, proper planning will save you a lot of money. 3. The location is walking distance to a couple of shops, restaurants and a convenient store. 4. Gated community 5. Next to a police station and bus stop 6. 1st Floor entrance 7. Great value 8. AC works well 9. Spacious

In no particular order 1. The wifi is different from the first and second floor, causing problems when moving through the apartment 2. The shuttle is limited to a one way drop off at 1030 or 1100 to the beach. 3. The beach, while private, is not the best. Harmony beach is free and better. 4. There are limited towels which is a big deal since there are only replaced every 4 days 5. There is wear and tear that needs to be addressed. Although it's cleaned between guests, a deep clean needs to be done, fixing the wear and tear. It's not a big deal now, but it's a matter of time before it becomes a turn off. 6. The AC is only up stairs.

Overall the place was very nice.

I found it ridiculous that they were telling me I needed to pay for my Room to be cleaned daily with the simple fact that I was staying there for 2 weeks,so I needed to pay everyday for 2 weeks for my Room to get refresh with clean towels,clean bedding,clean floor etc.

We cooked our own breakfast...location was fine

Upon arrival on first night lights went out for over 5 hours and I wasnt compensated in anyway. The following morning after the night without lights, the water pressure was very low couldn't even shower. Barely could do a bird bath. The attendant onsite was more concerned than person I rented from...her communication sucked! OVERPRICED!! if you rent out a house it should be one total depending on length of stay, not almost 300$ per person for 5 nights.. House price should not be based on how many staying in there! Owner did not clearly explain taxi situation from pick up, supermarket run and drop off at airport..she made it seem like it was one price for the whole round trip! Then boom when it's time to get dropped back off at Airport they charging you again! Her communication sucks and she needs to explain everything in detail so you won't be hit with any surprises or be any misunderstandings. If they do better maybe I would reccomend but as of now from my experience I rather stay on a resort!! Owner needs to invest in a generator for future purposes when lights do ever go out again!!
