Θέλει φτιάξιμο η πόρτα του ντους. Βγαίνουν τα νερα έξω, δεν έχει σφουγγαρίστρα κ λερώνει το πάτωμα όλο. Κατά τα άλλα καλά

Η τοποθεσία ήταν φοβερή, σε απόσταση 50 μέτρων από την δουλειά που είχαμε και σε ένα εξαιρετικό σημείο στο κέντρο της Αθήνας

Είναι εντελώς δευτερεύοντα 1) Το check in, οι οδηγίες δεν ήταν σαφείς και τηλεφωνικά μας δόθηκαν λάθος οδηγίες αλλά ευτυχώς η κ. Αλέφαντου έλυσε ΄όλα τα προβλήματα σε 2 λεπτά και γενικά ήταν εκπληκτική, μας βοήθησε σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε 2) υπήρχε μόνο ένα φακελάκι νεσκαφέ, για αυτούς που δεν πίνουν εσπρέσσο είναι ένα πρόβλημα, νομίζω ότι θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει χαμομήλι, τσάι, ελληνικός καφές, ένα δεύτερο φακελάκι νεσκαφέ ώστε τουλάχιστον τις πρώτες ώρες διαμονής να μην χρειάζεται να πας οπουδήποτε να ψωνίσεις (βέβαια στα δύο μέτρα υπάρχει μινι μάρκετ)

The apartment is in a good location and very quite.

The bed has a problem as you can feel the bed frames underneath and this makes it very difficult to sleep. There is no shower bar which will hold the shower head at the height you need. Instead there is a shower head holder at 1m height, so when you take a shower you have to hold the shower head yourself, which made showering difficult. The apartment price had a €40 cleaning fee per stay included, but during our stay the apartment was not cleaned. Finally we didn't receive our invoice/receipt on the day we left the apartment and when we asked for it the next day we still didn't receive it. Two days later we asked again only to be told that the accountant was busy and to "take it easy"! The way the company communicated with us was completely inappropriate and showed lack of respect.
