The villa is very comfortable and well-equipped. It is about a 10 minute drive from Bellefontaine up some steep and winding roads but this means there are some fine views to be had. Unfortunately, throughout our stay the weather was wet and windy which is perhaps a feature of the location. Nevertheless it was an enjoyable visit to the northern half of Martinique.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in einem gemütlichen Haus. Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt. Der Pool erlaubt nachmittags eine zeitweilige Erfrischung. Es ist viel Privatsphäre gegeben. Es kann schonmal windig sein, dafür hatten wir so gut wie gar keine Probleme mit Mücken oder anderen lästigen Insekten. Die Fahrt von Bellefontaine zum Haus ist steil und kurvig. Von Bellefontaine ist es nach St. Pierre und Fort-de-France nicht sehr weit. Um auf die andere Seite der Insel zu kommen sollte man eine Stunde einrechnen. Für uns faszinierend war St. Pierre und Mont Pelee mit all seiner Geschichte. Strände sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Für die hellen Sandstrände im Süden braucht man etwa eine Stunde Fahrtzeit.

Quelques équipements dysfonctionnaient mais dans l'ensemble, l'expérience de séjour fut correcte.
Attention à la route pour y accéder = 10 min de montée à 15% de moyenne > les véhicules sont soumis à rude épreuve
