About this house rental
Ideal if you want a holiday alternating visits and beaches, and rest in a property in absolute calm, close to the village of Cabriès.
Contemporary house of 240 m2 with large pool, 4000m2 garden, ideally located between Aix en Provence and Marseille.
HOUSE :
Construction 2012, facing south, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, large fully equipped kitchen, laundry, living room, lounge, separate TV area, internet access, Wifi, I pod station, Apple TV.
Very comfortable and easy going. Large terrace (100 m2) including covered terrace with garden furniture, table 12 people and barbecue. Ping pong table.
SWIMMING POOL :
Large pool 11x5m, secured (submerged rolling shutter), heat pump, robot, room with WC and cloakroom.
Large swimming pool 80 m2 with sunbeds and parasol.
GARDEN:
Garden 4000 m2, century old oaks, vegetable garden available for tenants, fruit trees. View of Cabriès village, countryside, pine forest.
A DAY OF FARNIENTE:
You have breakfast on the terrace, before riding your bike to go buy bread in the village 1km. Back, you go get some tomatoes in the garden, and prepare the barbecue. After lunch, you will be tempted by a nap in the shade in a hammock between 2 oaks, rocked by the sound of cicadas. Then you enjoy the pool, alternating swimming and reading in your deckchair. In the late afternoon, you play ping pong and foosball, then have an aperitif, contemplating the last rays of the sun.
