About this house rental
Situated on one of the most picturesque spots in the Lakes Region, our home rests on the corner of Lovell River and Ossipee Lake, with Mount Washington & Chocorua in full view. A well appointed, gourmet kitchen offers a 5 burner commercial cooktop, 36” pizza oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the small appliances needed to cook up your dream meal. Or, if you are a grill master, try out the 55,000 btu grill. Morning started with a cup of coffee in hand, where do I enjoy this? The picnic table on the beach, sitting by the river’s edge, sitting in the lounge chairs on the sandy beach, or just at the end of the dock! After the coffee, do I jump into the outside shower with spray jets from a tree? or the jump into the lake? Water sports, kayaking, fishing or a day of golf are just minutes away. You can also enjoy meals made in your own kitchen, sitting at your own 12 foot picnic table for 14 people, or enjoying meals at the local restaurants, or just
take out. End the evenings sitting by the campfire with the wood supplied, toasting marshmallows, and having a beverage. View the amazing sunsets and sharing moments of the day with friends and loved ones. As bed time approaches, bathe in the sunken 6 foot whirlpool tub or shower in the surround shower on the first floor. A second floor half bath is also there for your convenience. Our stay was everything we had hoped for: amazing views, central locations, privacy, clean, and a very accommodating host. Our kids (5&2) had an absolute blast in a rented pontoon boat and spent the evenings sucking down s’mores

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Jim and Susan are personable and fun to talk to. Their home has so much character. The woodwork is amazing and so is the view. We had a perfect weather week with cool nights and comfortable days but used the central air once. It was nice to have it available. No shortage of amenities. Dock, kayaks, a long Sandy beach, fire pit and the lighted outdoor sitting area. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you Jim and Susan!

This home was the best appointed place we have ever stayed at. They thought of everything/every appliance you could ever ask for. The pictures on VRBO do not do it justice the place is absolutely stunning and Jim has put so much love into every detail - the river rock floors, birch trim around the windows, pegged staircase, tree sliced beams. The beds were all king size and so comfortable. The pull outs were fantastic and all the linens were included. The gazebo was fun to relax in and get out of the sun. The grill was clean and in fantastic working order. The jacuzzi tub and outside shower were a family favorite - a must see pictures do not express the beauty of both. Water pressure was amazing and multiple shower heads. They included soaps and shampoos. Spice drawer was right out of the supermarket. Storage containers, bowls, pots, pans, dishes - all above and beyond. The outside table and tree stump chairs were such a fun touch with lights above was so fun for a giant family dinner. There was 2 sitting areas - one up and one down with plenty of seating. Dining table was large enough for all. Counters were all granite and a nice area to sit in the kitchen. We used the kitchen for our make shift office for those that needed to work. Wifi was great. Plenty of trash cans. There were 4 kayaks and we enjoyed the river and the lake for putting around. We did kayak racing around the sand bar out front. Dock was perfect for our boat. Out of room and could go on..
