Independent studio in the chalet.
A 24-square-meter studio on the first floor of the chalet, which has 6 units. 1. Located 8 km from the city center, along the Route des Confins (high-altitude lake and fishing—access to numerous hiking trails—skiing—golf and mini-golf—ponies...), in the Var area, near the ski lifts (you can start skiing right from the “Var” green run—a bus stops 100 meters away). Downhill runs and trails surround the hotel. View of the Beauregard mountain range. Parking area next to the cottage is cleared of snow if necessary. Cottage and facilities managed by the owners. Guest discount card. Wi-Fi.
Direct entry to the studio from the north-side door—two windows on the west side + one window door on the terrace side. Studio renovated in the old chalet style with original wood paneling and original walls.
KITCHEN: sink with hot and cold water, 3-burner gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and range hood, kitchenware including all necessary utensils, dishes, glassware, and cutlery; pressure cooker, coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a microwave, a scraper, a pancake maker, a toaster, and a kettle. Cleaning supplies are provided.
SLEEPING AREA: one 140-cm bed (with a lift-up bed in the closet) and a sofa with two 80-cm berths (can be converted into a double bed), closet. Color TV.
BATHROOM: with shower and sink, heated towel rack, hair dryer.
- Separate toilet.
Option to rent sheets and towels,
Upon request, baby equipment available: crib, high chair, ..., fondue heater

Nous venons de passer le WE dans la "vieille bergerie", nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires dès notre arrivée.
Le studio (n°5) était aménagé avec goût et équipé avec du matériel récent (cuisine, douche, WC), rien à redire.
SKI : L'accès aux pistes se fait par la navette dont l'arrêt se trouve à 50m sur la droite en sortant ou alors si vous avez "des bras" via la piste verte "LE VAR" qui se trouve à 100m mais attention, la piste pour rejoindre le TSK du BOSSONET n'est pas pentue et c'est franchement désagréable.
J'ai déjà postulé pour y retourner en mars !

Location très bien située par rapport au centre de la Clusaz et de la station de ski. Le studio est très fonctionnel, bien chauffé, facile d'entretien et très bien agencé. Espace de neige en face de la location pour faire de la luge avec les enfants ou des balades en raquettes. Les navettes ski-bus sont très proches, très pratiques et fréquentes ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement sans utiliser la voiture qui reste sur le parking de la location. Nous avons été ravis de ce séjour.
