Very beautiful contemporary villa of 100m2 facing south located 25 minutes from Ajaccio and 300m walk from the sandy beach of Liscia.
2 large terraces one to the south the other to the north with teak garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen. Separate toilet.
The accommodation, renovated in 2017, is ideally located in a quiet environment close to all amenities and the beach. You will benefit from a large green and sunny garden offering a clear view of the mountains. A pétanque court, access to which is exclusively reserved for tenants, has recently been built on the property. Balls provided as well as colored balls for children.
Near Sagone, Cargese, excursion departure for the Scandola and Calanques de Piana reserves. Diving club and boat rentals 2 km, paragliding, tennis and horse riding nearby.
The new owners live nearby and will be happy to meet your needs and advise you throughout your stay.

Catherine nous a accueilli dans une jolie maison neuve, confortable et bien équipée. Nous avons pu profiter de la clim car notre semaine de location etait trés ensoleillé. Et la region permet de faire de belles randos et d’avoir des points de vue vers la mer féeriques. La Corse est comme sa renommée: une Île de beauté!

La maison est récente, conforme au descriptif, très propre et bien équipée. l'emplacement est parfait pour explorer les différentes plages du golf ou les rivières des environs/ ballades splendides à max 1h de route ( aitone, spelunca, lonca, calanques de piana lac de creno, bergerie de radoule...)
Catherine est charmante et reste a l'écoute pour toute demande, elle a réagi très rapidement pour une petite réparation, c'était très appréciable!

The house is located close to the sea in a very beautiful silent place. Exellent place for swimming. The owner made everything convinient for comfortable living. Hope that deposit will return to my account in the nearest days.
