The house was homely and had three kitchen areas giving plenty of space for four families. The living room was really cosy and warm and the bedrooms were roomy and beds were comfortable. The piano was really useful as we had some musicians in our group. The shed with the pool table, dart board and table tennis went down well with the children and teenagers.
The location is a bit remote but we expected it to be and we enjoyed the long walk down the river into the town. The walk is quite muddy and wellingtons or good walking boots are needed. Would not recommend walking on the road into town as it could be dangerous.

The farmhouse is just perfect big, spacious, spotless with everything you need. The owners John & Olive are welcoming and kind leaving milk and cake on arrival. Definitely recommend it and will return.
