Foxholes Lodge

Very local to walks straight from the door. Lynn and Graham are very good, friendly hosts. Very clean.

Nice clean place..comfey bed. Nice to have the owner come and ask if everything was ok and asked if we had enjoyed our stay. Would have been nice to have breakfast in the garden but it rained all week. Plenty to do for walkers,places to see.nice drive to Janet's foss over the tops. 10 minutes walk to settle town center. Plenty of pubs and cafes if you dont want to cook.

Wifi not strong in the lodge could do with a booster.and may be a fire stick as normal tv/freeview was limited. The weather rained every day.

Nice location, convenient for walking & cycling in both Dales and Forest of Bowland. Quiet & handy for shops & amenities. Owners friendly & welcoming.

WiFi unavailable upstairs and intermittent downstairs. No freezer (owners let us use space in theirs).

Friendliness of owners and kindness in leaving milk and biscuits for us to make a drink on arrival. Full equipped kitchen enabled us to cook an evening meal instead of the usual pub meals. There was even a dinner table ! Compact cottage. We loved it. Pity the weather wasn't good enough for us to sit outside on the patio.

Wi-fi played up some evenings but on the plus side it made me switch off from work and relax in front of the TV.
