The only thing I didnt like about the property was the fireplace it didn’t work for us.

The location was perfect close to everything, yet it seemed secluded. We were close enough to Dollywood to watch the fireworks every night. It was clean and private a perfect place for our stay.

I wish they had provided another trash bag or two so we could take our trash out more often. I also missed tissues, but we brought in our own.

Location was nice, close to attractions but still off the beaten path far enough to enjoy the country side, Went back to the cabin several times during the day which was very convenient. Nice cabin, very rustic, nice shower and back porch.

The cabin was a little difficult to find, the road had some other resort name listed on it so I wasn't sure we were at the right place. The key code that I was given didn't work so I called the rental agency and she gave me a different code to get in. We had no problem after that. Couch was not very comfortable.

Location

Hot tub was broken and when brought to owners attention, they just said they removed it from the amenities on the website, but they did not offer any compensation for this or future stays. This is frustrating since they use this as a selling point to attract customers including myself. The bed was very uncomfortable, the master bathroom door is very hard to open to the point that a stronger person will have to open it for a weaker person or they may get stuck.
