My room was immaculate and comfortable. This is not a normal hotel experience. Think boutique cottage rooms, several to a building, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Very handsome. The room was small, which might be an issue for some, but felt extremely cozy to me. Parking was only a few steps from my door. They left extra pillows as requested. My room had a coded door lock, with the entry number sent to me after I made my reservation, so I had no interactions with any staff. Highly recommended!

Don’t book with booking.com or their hosts!

I didn’t even stay there! I was charged for a room that I had no access to! No one would contact me by phone or email! I drove around for over a hour looking for this place! It was presented to me as a hotel room not someone’s home! The only place that I found in that area of the directions had a fence with a gate that was locked! No one would respond to me by phone or email so I had to go spend another $170 on a room! AND I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR THIS ROOM!!!! These people should not be allowed to STEAL MY MONEY! They offered no service but took $140 of my money! I tell everyone I come across not to use booking.com! U solicite with theifs! I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE AT ALL!!!!

Good location, quiet, affordable for Austin without compromising safety or comfort.

Shower drain clogged a bit with standing water during shower, though not terribly serious. Only instant regular coffee in room, though real coffee for decaf was available.

Convenient, comfortable, clean, great price, better than almost every hotel room I've stayed in, Plus fridge, cable, room safe, etc. Would def stay here again.

Suites B&C share a bathroom.. Slightly awkward that there is no way to lock my room from the other room while in the bathroom if you're staying alone. (No one was in C the night I was there tho.)

Dee and David are amazing host, they went above and beyond to make me feel at home and show me what Texas hospitality is about. Thank you again so much. The place is cute, very clean, easy to park. I'll recommend it.

Friendly host, easy check-in/out, free parking on site, water bottles available on our arrival, small fridge in room, bath amenities available if needed, clean bathroom, fan, perfect for a couple or solo traveler.

Room smelled stale, could have been aired out; tables and chairs in the backyard were unclean; and the bed was lumpy.

Personable hosts and clean, neat rooms make this place a keeper!

David, the host, was so helpful and personable. They have really made a comfortable space for people to enjoy. They’ve put tables in their backyard and a fire pit, swing sets. I could see my family enjoying staying here. The room was comfortable and they’ve thought of all the little things you could need.

I didn’t realize that my room and another room share a bathroom. It didn’t end up being a problem, it just wasn’t my preference. The individual rooms lock from the bathroom side and have a private entrance from outside. So it still feels relatively private.

Perfect

The neighborhood was private and very quiet, David was a wonderful host, the room was comfortable and had many amenities and thoughtful touches. You have use of the backyard area, Basketball net, Disc Golf, playground for children, Stereo system, grill; simply amazing and well thought out. David loves getting feedback to make improvements which shows he really cares and is invested in his guests comfort. A rare find and a precious Host. I didn't get to meet his wife but I am sure she is equally as lovely. If I'm ever back in Austin, I will definitely stay here again. 10 of 10 stars!!
