I like everything about this apartment very clean and luxury flat and the owner is friendly and neighborhoods very polite and respect full and no issues at all and everything is near such as beach, restaurant, and supermarket

The apartment is large and comfortable in an urban area. It is within walking distance of the coast and amazing beaches and sand dunes. There's also plenty of taxis and a brilliant bus service which links you into the train station at Kenitra, so it's a good base.
My stay was during some very heavy rains and flooding and unfortunately there was a serious leak in the kitchen and water damage throughout the apartment. Check these have been repaired before booking.
A point worth noting is there is no heating or air conditioning in the apartment so it can be a bit chilly and possibly hot if you stay in the summer.
The arrangements to pick up and leave the keys are a bit cumbersome as the host's father has to come from some distance to meet you. So timing your arrival and departure is a factor.
