The house was very hot, it stayed at 78 degrees called the number so many times and no one called me back. My husband finally reached someone & they sent maintenance but he didn't do anything. The wifi information given was wrong so we couldn't use the wifi. There were food (hamburger buns) under the couch, juice bottles behind the TV, no tissue in any of the bathrooms, a small hole or paint chipping on a wall in the upstairs living room. This is house is lovely home but the cleaning service don't clean well. Since I couldn't reach anyone and I didn't receive any call back I did go to the office of the resort and made a complaint, even though they couldn't do anything they did call the same number that I was given to try and get me help but no one answered them either so the contact person needs to do a better job at responding back other than that,, this is a lovely home & I would stay here again
