About this house rental
The private property, about 5 minutes' drive from the village of San Lorenzo, covers an area of 1 million square meters, including several mountains. It is only available to the tenants of the finca. On laid out and marked trails you can hike there for several hours and have a kilometer-wide view in all directions, including the coast of the resort of Cala Millor, where the nearest beaches are in about 15 minutes. Driving time can be achieved
The entire complex, which is only rented to the same party, consists of a total of 4 separate buildings: the main house (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), the upper house (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), the rear house (2 bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms) and the studio (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom). Except for the studio, the other 3 houses have a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room. The first buildings were mentioned as early as 1661. A wide variety of terraces are available for celebrations of any kind, e.g. at the pool, and a lawn area below the pool, as well as for bad weather or as a shade in midsummer in 50 m away, a newly built 2013 multi-purpose hall with space for tables and chairs for 80 people (surcharge). On request, we can name companies for catering, decoration, animation etc.
Free WiFi in all buildings and by the pool. Satellite TV in all 4 houses.
A total of 6 air conditioners are distributed in the house.
The owners of the property own a small hotel with 4 double rooms in the village of San Lorenzo, where additional wedding guests can be accommodated. Minimum stay 7 nights, in this case the final cleaning costs are included. Shorter stays on request and at an additional cost to cover cleaning costs. Arrival / departure days flexible, in consultation with the landlord and adapting to previous and subsequent occupancy (avoidance of free nights).
Prices valid for 16 people.
All utilities, air conditioning (8 h / day), internet in all buildings and in the pool area, bed linen, towels (2 pieces for the house + pool towel), linen change after every week included
Weddings + parties: For the provision of personnel for monitoring and Technical assistance during the set-up and the celebration, as well as for the use of the separate multi-purpose hall, a one-time flat rate of 600.00 € is to be paid.
If other people come to the property from outside to celebrate, the following surcharges apply: 20-40 people € 100.00, 41-80 people € 400.00, more than 81 people € 600.00.
Decoration for celebrations: String lights, LED cubes, torches, lanterns, etc. a. be borrowed. Ask us!
Beer dispenser available free of charge, beer kegs can be ordered (30 liters approx. € 65.00).
Winter months: For up to 10 people, only the main house and the upper house can be rented for a total of 500.00 € / night, for up to 14 people the rear house for a total price of 650.00 € / night and the entire property for a total price of 760.00 € / night.
Heating season: The use of the heating has a surcharge of € 50.00 / night.
Security deposit: normal vacation stays € 500.00,
Provision of baby cot and high chair € 8.00 / night.

Wir hatten 9 unvergessliche Tage in der Finca Ses Voltes. Unser Trainingslager war ein voller Erfolg und wir konnten uns nach den anstrengenden Trainings auf der Finca immer wieder gut erholen. Super.

Die Lage der Finca ist wirklich atemberaubend. Sie liegt auf 160 m Höhe und dadurch hat man einen weitläufigen Blick bis hin zur Küste von Porto Cristo. Sofern man dem am Gelände befindlichen Berg besteigt (360 m), kann man bei guter Sich auch bis Menorca sehen.
Die Ausstattung der Finca ist optimal - vom Küchengerät über Gläser, Besteck bis hin zur Tischtennisplatte, Steinofen, Grill etc. ist alles vorhanden.
Ein großes Manco jedoch war die defekte Heizung und das teils fehlende heiße Wasser. Obwohl sich der Eigentümer sehr um Besserung bemüht hat, hatten wir auch an den letzten beiden Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen etc. Anbetracht der Heizkosten von täglich 35 EUR ist das sehr unbefriedigend, zumal wir im März nächtliche Temperaturen im einstelligen Bereich hatten.
Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war äußerst freundlich!
Wir würden trotz des beschriebenen Mangels wieder kommen.

Wir waren insgesamt 18 Personen (30-60 Jahre alt) auf der Finca Ses Voltes, wobei 2 Personen (2 Zustellbetten, auf denen sich gut schlafen lässt) nicht die ganze Woche da waren. Wir durften dort unsere persönliche Traumhochzeit feiern auf einem wunderschönem Gelände mit einer einzigartigen, toll eingerichteten Finca (bietet durch vier eigene Wohnparteien genügend Freiraum) und mit einem unvergesslichen Ausblick bis Calla Millor und dem Meer. Die Finca bietet alles was man benötigt und sollte man doch einen Wunsch oder ein Anliegen haben, ist der Eigentümer jederzeit erreichbar und behilflich. Wir haben zweimal die Paella beim Eigentümer bestellt, da diese sehr lecker war, egal ob Fleisch- oder Meeresfrüchtepaella. Am Tag unserer Hochzeit war der Eigentümer auch vor Ort um dem Catering Team unter die Arme zu greifen bezüglich Stromanschlüsse, Sicherungen etc., also um für uns einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu ermöglichen. Unser Verwalter von der Finca, Thorsten Klett, hat uns von Anfang an gut betreut, uns alle Fragen beantwortet. Von der ersten Anfrage, über unsere erste Besichtigung bis hin zur Schlüsselübergabe und später zum Abschluß mit Kautionsrückzahlung hat alles super schnell, unkompliziert und reibungslos funktioiniert.
Auch unsere Gäste die mit uns den Urlaub verbracht haben waren begeistert und wir sind uns alle einig, dass die Hochzeit und der Urlaub auf der Finca Ses Voltes perfekt war und wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen werden.

Mein Mann hat seinen 50 Geburtstag auf der Finca gefeiert.
Traumhaft, tolle Location. Ideal für Feiern.
Danach haben wir mit drei Familien noch eine Woche Urlaub gemacht. Die Finca ist superschön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles tipp-tipp und die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und haben uns prima betreut.
Wir kommen wieder.
