Very tired house needs owner to look and take responsibility

Location great. Close to Aberdovey but quieter spot just up the coast a little. Garden through patio doors. Upside down property with balcony. Lovely linen on the beds. Nice to have two loos. Such as great find. Really enjoyed the views and relaxed short break.

Mugs were very dirty which is up to the holiday maker to leave them clean, but this needs checking as there wasn’t any bleach to clean them out. Had to buy washing up liquid and bin bags as not a spare one. The cooker door inside had food on it. We didn’t use the cooker. Cleaners need to check this and rectify. This is a shame as everything else was clean and tidy and a lovely space to have a holiday at.

Welcoming and comfortable

Lovely, well-equipped and well-loved upside down house with plenty of space (feels odd sleeping downstairs but you soon get used to it). Fantastic views across the golf course and trains passing every couple hours. 5 min walk to the beach, 8 min walk to the train station, 10-15 min walk to the centre of Aberdovey. Slight disagreement with the man living in the house at the far end but overall a lovely stay.

Okay - comfortable and practical but in need of a refresh

Great location Plenty of space for 4 of us Layout of house is good and nice veranda overlooking golf course and dunes Plenty of parking right outside of front door

Our 3rd stay in last 2 years and now looking a little tired and in need of refurbishment. Appliances are reaching end of life esp fridge freezer. Upstairs carpet is worn and stained - needs replacing. Bathroom wastes were semi blocked (assume with sand from beach) Some light bulbs and fittings broken or missing and no spares with correct fitting.

overall very good, we’d stop there again which is testament enough!

it had every conceivable kitchen utensil you could wish for. beds and pillows comfortable large veranda, great for winding down after a busy day

carpet by sliding window, trip hazard could have done with simple written instructions on how cooker worked (took a while to fathom out) 9.30 am check out a too early (better 10.30).

Excellent lovely place

The size and location of the property

Nothing really, just need a night or light in the hall downstairs for when kids going to the toilet, few bits of decking uneven. The end of shower screen seal overhang needs trimming little one cut toe on plastic seal.
