Nothing we didn't like

It's a beautiful house with nice furniture, in a top location. The kitchen is very well-equipped and there is lots of space (we were four friends staying there). The beach is about 100 metres away (it's a GREAT beach) and the neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant.

It's a really great place, and the owner is very helpful, but there were a few things that weren't so good. If these were solved, the property would score ten out of ten. The balcony needed some cleaning due to bird mess and dust. The sofa bed mattress is uncomfortable in that its springs dig through the fabric. (This would not matter if you didn't need to use the sofa bed as a bed.) The windowsill in one of the bedrooms could have done with a wipe down because there were several dead flies.

Property was beautifully located to the beach, excellent for the grooms party who were staying the night before our wedding celebrations

Property was dirty, lots of dust under furniture and the fridge had food left from likely previous bookings. BBQ was filthy and we had to clean it before we could use it. The owners have messaged us harassing us asking for additional money to be deposited to them as they had to clean out the fridge after our stay- again all of which was there prior to our use of the property. Owners also complained that the BBQ was dirty, (which we did clean before leaving) but unfortunately it was filthy before we arrived so we had to clean it prior to use too. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this property due to the countless unprofessional and hostile messages the owners have sent us in the last two days, additionally I see every review on their page with negative feedback has been met with incredibly immature and argumentative language from the owners- telling guests to they ‘need to relax’ and ‘give them a break’ particularly in reference to issues with cleanliness. Highly unprofessional guys, do better.
