Apartament jest bardzo czysty i duży, większy niż wrażenia na zdjęciach, oprócz dwóch sypialni jest dość obszerna kuchnia z przylegającym dodatkowym pokojem z sofą, tv etc. Cały apartament jest bardzo czysty, sprzęty działają, łóżka bardzo wygodne.
Całość dopełniają przemili gospodarze.

Domaćini su jako dragi i gostoljubivi. Apartman je čist i potpuno opremljen, u mirnom okruženju i 15tak minuta hoda do plaže i centra mjesta.
Sve je bilo u redu i kako je opisano u ponudi.

Great hosts and great apartment, enough for a family with 3 kids or two couples. It has got everything, washing machine, dishwasher, aircon, full kitchen, etc. Bit far from the sea, but in Pakostane that only means 10 minutes walking, and the neighborhood is quiet.

Property itself includes entire ground floor of the house. It is very clean and spacious, and was more than adequate to accommodate our family of 4. It contains all the necessities that we cannot do without, such as air conditioning, cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron, etc. Everything is in a good condition and working order. One thing that my wife does very well indeed is to attract mosquitoes. Luckily, all windows are fully covered with mosquito nets so she was a happy bunny (no ear bleeds this time around lol). Perhaps pictures do not do it a justice, but both bedrooms contain large wardrobes that offer a lot of storage space. There is a large terrace in front of the property that is well shielded from the sun. Also, there is another building just a meter from the house that can be used for a barbecue – please have a look at the photos, it is very nicely done. Big parking space is provided and is completely fenced off so there are no worries regarding vehicle damage.
Location, in my view, although not the closest to the sea, is very good. Since we have 2 small kids, we had to use car anyway to carry all of their things to the beach, so made no difference. There is almost no traffic passing through the road, with plenty of space around (safe for the kids). There is a supermarket close by. Next to it, petrol garage. Easy to get onto Jadranska Magistrala if you want to get to different places.
Now, the owner and his wife are real gems. They are very kind and accommodating, and very honest. If you had a confirmation from them regarding time slot and price, they will honour it. I had bad experiences with some other bookings where the owner might increase price or cancel your booking last minute. With this property, there is absolutely nothing to worry about. Kids that are 2 and 5 years old, loved them. They kept going and staying with the owners upstairs – I had to keep bringing them back. That tells you all.
There is absolutely nothing bad to say about the property.
