About this apartment rental
Condo is fully furnished with everything you need for your stay. Not only is it nice, but perhaps among its best features is its location. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable with private full-bath in each. The kitchen has everything for those who want to cook or prepare meals. It is an end unit. The lake and boat slips just steps away from your door. A boat slip is available with a one time $100 charge....Please let me know when booking if bringing a boat. Three golf courses just minutes away. Small town but with plenty of restaurants close by. Fishing and water recreation on the 100,000 acre Lake Marion. One minute from I95. Condo has a pack n play, games, movies, books. Condo is on ground level but you have to go down one flight of stairs to get to it. The parking lot and walkway are on the middle floor.

There is a sweet music festival called Birdfest held on the property of the SC Waterfowl Association. This was a convenient and comfortable stay for music lovers. Enjoying the views from the balcony was an added bonus. Our hostess was available in "real" time, and all of our needs were met. Grateful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Linda’s condo was welcoming, clean, spacious, and the views of the lake were fabulous. We enjoyed morning coffee and birdwatching on the deck during our stay. We were close by to our relatives in Elloree and we also enjoyed hiking in nearby Santee State Park. We definitely will look to rent Linda’s condo again. Thank you for opening your lovely home to us.
