The Villa CORDOBA is located in the southwest of Cape Coral, one of the most sought-after residential areas in the region. The property is situated on a quiet residential street right by the water, specifically on the Cordoba Canal, which offers direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. From here, the nearby islands of Sanibel, Captiva, and Pine Island, as well as the beaches of Fort Myers, are easily accessible by boat—ideal for those who love the water and want to explore the surroundings. The location in Cape Coral also offers easy access to beaches, shopping, restaurants, and recreational activities.
Villa Cordoba is a luxurious vacation home that is perfect for a relaxing getaway with family or friends. The house can accommodate up to 6 people and features 4 cozy and stylishly furnished bedrooms, along with 3 bathrooms. At the heart of the home is the spacious master suite, equipped with a king-size bed and direct access to the pool. On the opposite side of the house, there are three additional guest rooms, each with a queen-size bed. These share two modern bathrooms, one of which has access to the pool area. Please note that the closet in the smallest guest room is privately used and therefore not available for guests.
The villa is modern and comfortably furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, including linens, towels, beach towels, sun loungers, a gas grill, and beach gear. For entertainment, there are four flat-screen TVs, one of which is mounted outdoors by the pool, so you don’t have to miss your favorite shows even while outside. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
The large heated pool is another highlight of the villa. It is equipped with both solar heating and electric heating, allowing you to enjoy the pool at a comfortable temperature year-round. The pool area is perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the warm Florida days and evenings.

This house is beautiful, spacious, very clean and has everything you need for a great vacation. We liked that it had beach towels, beach chairs and sun umbrellas for our day trip to Sanibel. There are also a few water toys (noodles, floatie) for the pool. It was so nice to be able to jump in the pool after our day's activities. It was also relaxing to sit out on the dock by the canal. The property manager (very nice!) comes the morning after you arrive to see how you are doing. At first we didn't like the idea but we soon saw why she comes. We had questions about how some of the fans worked, the ice maker & the pool heater. All very easy to work. I can't express how much we enjoyed being able to rent this home. We hope to return in the future.

I, like most of the world, was in desperate need of a respite. I am never home and needed to reconnect with my daughter before she is off to college. I did not know much about Cape Coral or the area and booked Pelican Villa at the last minute. It was charming, everything. I travel extensively for work and am very particular about my lodging choices. Marriott should reach out to Astrid and Michael to take lessons in guest services. Everything you need is onsite, including beds and linens that ensure the best possible sleep. I found a boat rental (Pelican Boats) in the same neighborhood, which was something different to do and so close. It takes about an hour to get to the locks by boat, so I recommend renting from Cape Coral boats if you want to get the most time in the gulf. Many Thanks to Michael and Astrid for opening their beautiful home to my family. I would absolutely recommend this home to friend and colleagues. I hope it brings as much happiness to your family as it did to mine!
