About this house rental
This little cottage is ideal for those who want a romantic retreat, creative get away, wellness stay or just some rest & relaxation.
Here's what I find to be the best features of the property. First, it's a humble cottage that you will find offers all of the conveniences of home. Fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, Weber grill on the back deck, you have a large screen TV for those evenings that you may want to recoup from water and sun. Kayaks, an additional deck over the water for dining and so much more that would have to be experienced personally to fully understand.
The location is on 29th Avenue which if you are familiar with Sylvan beach most of the Restaurant and Entertainment is centrally located around Main Street, 13th - 15th Ave. It's a short drive and or walk into town but the beautiful part is that you are nestled away from the busy section and can fully take in the amazing sunsets while relaxing at the quiet end of the Beach.
The cottage is truly single floor living with a very large yard space. The Sunroom features a pull out sofa for two, which offers a sliding glass door for fantastic view and a cool breeze off the lake for a perfect nights sleep, while listening to the waves roll in.
Off of the kitchen is one 1/2 bath and the Master bedroom which has a queen bed w/ ensuite bathroom. There is a small upstairs space which has a twin bed at the top of the stairs as well as a trundle bed to the far front of the house.
The ideal renter would be most interested in privacy, looking to fully enjoy outdoor living in what we consider to be a prime location within the beach.

My husband and I spent our anniversary weekend here during September. It was so peaceful, quiet and beautiful. The deck by the water is perfectly shaded to enjoy warm afternoons. We walked into town, took about 15 minutes, but otherwise enjoyed the sunroom, outdoor patio and deck. Great location and the host has literally thought of every detail to make this a comfortable stay. We will be back!
