About this apartment rental
The resort Cap Esterel is located on one of the most beautiful places of the Cote d'Azur, between the red rocks of the Esterel Massif and the sea, in the middle of a traffic-free nature park. It offers a unique family and leisure experience. With its pool complex and diverse sports activities as morning exercise and workouts, golf, tennis, hiking and mountain biking, canoeing and diving, or even circus acrobatics with trapezoidal (seasonal) it is ideal for an active vacation; Likewise, you can also in the pool area, relax on the beach with the belonging to the plant beach, in the park-like garden area or the nature surrounding the installation.
The built in Provencal style, with the character of a southern French village you will find boutiques, restaurants, cafes and various shops. You can expect a beautifully situated golf course, tennis courts, mini golf and a bowling alley, a circus arena and a high ropes course, a variety of children's and youth clubs and more. A large swimming pool offers wave pool with large natural slide for active bathing fun, another heated swimming pool with adjoining spa for relaxed and quiet pool afternoons and a children's pool for the little ones. The price for the access to the pools is INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
Who Cap Esterel knows, who knows that there are very different qualities apartment in this complex. We have therefore sought for nearly three years until we finally found in the fall of 2014 our apartment:
- With a separate bedroom with a double bed, so no club, so one of us in the evening to read / watch TV even longer and we do not need to put away each morning the beds
- The balcony has exact southern orientation, but is covered and has side walls, therefore the low sun appears in spring and autumn long in the wind-protected balcony (important) and in the summer it stays shady (more importantly)
- With beautiful sea views and overlooking the park-like garden,
- The apartment is on the first Upstairs, neither on the ground floor (evt. Moisture problems in spring / autumn) still unterdem roof (heat in July / August)
- Only 150 meters from the center with reception, restaurants, pool area, but, with two building bars in between, so you can hear the SOUNDS AS from the pool and restaurant not
- With a covered garage space
- We have the apartment equipped with high-quality laminate and painted in Mediterranean colors, equipped with reading sconces, table, pillows and other Mediterranean-voiced furnishings and matching crockery and glasses. In the hallway, a shoe cupboard with utensil drawer, the balcony is furnished with modern wood / metal furniture.
- We have the number of Sleeps reduced to four, as the apartment is occupied by more people about our opinion and we want to get it for us and for them in good condition.
-We Have always been pleased if we have not arrived in 'soulless' emptied apartments. So it is also in our apartment journals and books (please do not hesitate one with, if they have not yet been read, and let one or two others there to other guests to give pleasure). You will probably find sugar, salt and various spices before, coffee, tea and some dry food, and let the as what you want to leave the next guest as welcome.
- Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. There goes - only by way of example - to Peeler, Grater and Eierpickser, kitchen rolls and toilet paper, all the necessary cleaning products,
- Placemats, a baguette basket, a fruit bowl made of wood, tealight glasses etc. create a pleasant and stylish table atmosphere
- To make sure you experience just as beautiful a day in Cap Esterel as we do!

- Second TV with DVD player in the bedroom, with currently six
German language programs.

Schöne Lage, alle Angaben in der Beschreibung waren sehr hilfreich und entsprachen den Begebenheiten vor Ort. Das Esterelmassiv ist ein schönes Mtb-Gebiet.

Anfang Oktober herrliches Wetter, Temperaturen am Mittelmeer von 20 bis 25 Grad und Wassertemperaturen um die 20 Grad. Und obwohl wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht haben war alles perfekt organisiert, inklusive Schlüsselabholung und Schlüsselabgabe direkt in der Anlage (obwohl Vermietung von privat).
Cap Esterel ist ein rundum Sorglospaket. Pool, Wellness, Restaurants, Supermarkt, Shops, Kinderclubs und Sportaktivitäten auch in der Nachsaison. Die gesamte Ferienanlage war sehr ordentlich und sauber, das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Wohnung selbst ist „super in Schuss“ und geschmackvoll ausgestattet mit Laminatfußboden, farbigen Wänden und Bildern. Besonders haben wir die Balkonmöbel aus Holz statt der üblichen Plastikmöbel genossen. Unsere beste Wohnung bisher in Cap Esterel. Kein 180°-Meerblick, aber auch nicht nur vom Balkon aus sondern auch aus dem Wohnzimmer ohne „Hals verrenken“ und nie langweilig.
Die Vermieter sind total bemüht und haben erklärt, per Handy immer erreichbar zu sein – haben wir aber nicht gebraucht. Aber nur fast perfekt: Zwar waren Pfeffer, Salz und andere Gewürze vorhanden, aber Curry war aus :) .
Danke noch einmal, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Auch wenn es bei der Anreise zur einer Verzögerung der Schlüsselübergabe kam (Ankunft um 21Uhr und der Schlüssel war nicht im Safe), war das für uns absolut kein Problem. Warum? Weil ca. 45min später jemand von der Azzura Immobilienfirma noch gekommen ist und wir die Zeit mit Pizzaessen verbraucht haben :) Gleiche Person war auch bei Schlüsselübergabe bei unserer Rückreise am Samstagmorgen (Abfahrt 07:30Uhr, obwohl Büro erst um 09:00Uhr öffnete) anwesend. Wir empfanden diese Flexibilität sehr positiv!
Zur Ferienwohnung selber: wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und es gab auch absolut nichts an der Wohnung zu beanstanden. Der Blick vom Balkan war schön (entspricht dem Foto), die Lage innerhalb des Resorts gut (Kinderetreuung in unmittelbarer Nähe, sofern erwünscht) und alle notwendigen Utensilien waren vorhanden (Töpfe, Geschirr, Reinigungsmittel, Spülmaschine, etc.pp.) Wir durften sowohl bei der An- als auch bei der Abreise jeweils mit dem Auto in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung zwecks Ent- bzw Beladung parken. Auch das Parkieren in der Tiefgarage war während der Woche sehr gut, denn so blieb das Auto kühl und von der Sonne verschont.
Kurzum: uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wird bei uns allen in sehr positiver Erinnerung bleiben. Sicherlich haben das hervorragende Wetter sowie die wenigen Besucher im Cap Esterel auch dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns sehr gut erholen konnten.
