Our modern and comfortably furnished non-smoking apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet location with a view of the lake of Bütgenbach, only a 5-minute walk from the town center.

The 50 m² apartment offers space for 2 to 4 people and consists of a living-dining room with sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen area with microwave, 4-burner stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a single armchair bed.

The bathroom contains a shower, toilet and sink.

The apartment is on the ground floor, has a separate entrance and has free internet connection. Blu-ray player available.

Fantasic property and lovely owners

Our first stay at this property but will not be our last! Ingrid and Paul are so welcoming and friendly. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The shutter blinds were very welcome as the temperatures were unusually very hot but they kept the apartment lovely and cool. Nice private garden to bbq and relax in the evening. Lots of interesting historic sites to visit and towns/villages in the area. Butgenbach has lots of restaurants/cafes all within walking distance. Very close to the German border too. Thank you Ingrid and Paul (and Stefan) for making us so welcome.

Property was extremely clean, well stocked with everything you needed. Owners made us feel most welcome, great location for Lake and village for provisions and places to eat and drink. Superb, hope to return and would fully recommend to others.

This suite is very well equipped with everything you would need. The owners are a lovely couple who made us feel very welcome coming from Canada. We had to make a last minute change to our reservation and they were very accommodating. There was an issue with some lights in the suite and they were fixed promptly the next day. Their son speaks English and he came over the first evening to make sure we understood how everything in the suite worked. He also gave us some good information about amenities in the area. All in all, this was a wonderful place to stay and we would highly recommend it!

Schon der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Wir bekamen sofort die Wohnung gezeigt und wurden in die wichtigsten Funktionen eingewiesen und erhielten auch gleich ein paar Ausflugstipps. Die Wohnung ist optimal aufgeteilt. Die Küche ist in den Wohnbereich integriert und dennoch optisch abgegrenzt. Das Bad/WC hat kein Außenfenster aber dennoch Tageslicht. Sehr gut gelöst! Die Lüftung im Bad arbeitet effizient und lärmt auch nicht. Das Bad wirkt größer als es eigentlich ist. Die Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die gewünschte Raumtemperatur lässt sich zentral einstellen. Dennoch kann beispielsweise bei beheiztem Wohnbereich das Schlafzimmer kühl bleiben. Nichts ist alt, kaputt oder verschlissen. In der Küche findet sich einfach alles, was das Herz begehrt. Wir waren begeistert und können einen Aufenthalt dort nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Claudia aus Hagen und Andreas aus Düsseldorf

Gezellig en gerieflijk appartement voor twee personen. Heel rustig gelegen. De rolluiken zorgen ervoor dat je kan slapen tot je wakker wordt. Zelfs de vaatwasser hoor je niet. Start je wandeling aan de voordeur. Bij slecht weer beschik je over een TV, en een Dvd speler. Ook in de keuken is er alles wat je nodig hebt.

In dit logement word je in een warm huisje gastvrij onthaald met koffie en koekjes, krijg je veel uitleg en is er ook voldoende toeristische info voorhanden. De keuken is gerieflijk ingericht, de badkamer is prima in orde met een regendouche en in deze bedden slaap je als een roos. Het huisje is in een heel rustige straat gelegen met zicht op de velden. In vijf minuten ben je op de RaVEL, aan het meer en ook in het centrum van het dorp. Een fijne plek voor wie van rust houdt en graag wandelt en fietst!

Dit appartement heeft alles voor een geslaagde vakantie in Bütgenbach. De gastvrouw en haar man zijn hele lieve en behulpzame mensen. Het appartement is gezellig ingericht en is kraaknet. Het is ook zeer mooi gelegen. Wij komen zeker terug.

Wir sind spontan ein WE (mit zwei kleinen Kindern) in die Wohnung Panoramablick gefahren. Die Wohnung ist toll. Nicht groß, aber sehr sauber und alles was man braucht. Inklusive einer guten Auswahl an Karten und Ausflug- und Essenstipps. Mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unser Aufenthalt in Bütgenbach war ein voller Erfolg. Die FeWo, die Vermieter (Familie Schweiß) und die Umgebung war echt super. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet (wirklich nichts hat gefehlt) und Frau sowie Herr Schweiß sind immer besorgt und supernett. Wir würden jederzeit nochmals einen Aufenthalt in Bütgenbach bei Familie Schweiß buchen. Vielen Dank!

Perfect adres om de regio te verkennen. Strakke verzorgde inrichting, heerlijke bedden en mooi uitzicht. Woning is zeer rustig gelegen en alle voorzieningen zijn op loopafstand te bereiken. Een absolute aanrader voor een gezin met max 2 kinderen. Heel hartelijke ontvangst door de eigenaars. Koffie stond klaar, koekjes en ander zoets, limonade voor ons kind. Eigen gemaakte confituur. Je voelt je er heel welkom en onmiddellijk thuis gevoel. Heel net appartement, alles in prima staat. Bedlinnen en handdoeken aanwezig. Op wandelafstand van het meer, de lokale winkels en uitstekende horeca. Eigen parkeerplaats en terras waar je van de zon kan genieten. Het appartement heeft een eigen ingang. Geen enkel negatief punt. Wij gaan alvast nog terug!!

Keurige en zeer compleet appartement. We werden ontvangen met een kopje koffie en iets lekkers, door de eigenaren van de woning. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een aangenaam verblijf was aanwezig. In het huis liggen vele folders als idee voor een dagje uit.Al met al , ik kan dit appartement aan iedereen aanbevelen.
