Sandy Feet House

We stayed at the Sandy Feet House as part of our honeymoon, and it was hands down the highlight of our entire trip. The location is unbeatable—waking up every morning to the ocean right outside our patio was an absolute dream come true. The house itself is beautiful, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. All the amenities were absolutely perfect. They provided a super helpful guidebook packed with everything from restaurant recommendations to how to book a taxi—we even used it to have beer delivered directly to the house! Everything from cafés and restaurants to local shops is just a short, lovely walk away. If you are looking for the perfect beachfront getaway in the Galapagos, do not hesitate to book this place. Thank you to our host, Elena, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Hopefully we will be able to return someday!

We absolutely loved our time at Sandy Feet! We stayed here with our two children, 5 and 9 years old, and it was the perfect home for us during our stay in Isabela. It’s exactly as pictured, but even better in real life. The beach directly in front of the home is pristine. There’s an HVAC in each bedroom and a third in the main living area, so we were never uncomfortable. It’s also walking distance to everything in town, including a few delicious restaurants that are also along the beach. The hosts were incredibly responsive and the home was equipped with everything we needed, plus more!

That we didn’t plan for more than three nights on this magical island, and in this beautiful home!

This is the best place to stay on Isabela! Location, facilities, and atmosphere are excellent.
