Relax across the Boulevard by the ocean shore on-the-rocks, swim at low tide, or enjoy some of the best local fishing! Downtown Portsmouth is a 15 minute drive.
NOTE: VRBO is posting the property as a 2 minute walk to Pirates Cove; It is 20 minute walk to Pirates Cove; Wallis Sands Beach is an 8-10 minute walk.
Local Attractions: The Seacoast Science Center and Odione Point State Park provide excellent education and fun activities for all family members; including many bike trails and scenic ocean views of Wentworth Marina.
Rye Harbor located three miles south offers many fishing and harbor boat excursions.
Portsmouth just 5 miles north offers great restaurants and night life.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The location was perfect for exploring the area. The cottage was perfect for the two of us. Kitchen is well stocked. The bed is very comfortable. The patio was a great place to relax and read a book. We also enjoyed the pool as well as the views of the ocean. Joe was a pleasure to work with and check in was really easy.

Very nice small, updated cottage with a great host. Quiet, pretty setting, nice amenities, and walking distance to the beach. We'd definitely stay again.
