The location is perfect for AnnaFest.
That it’s in a neighborhood so quiet hours are very strict. We came for AnnaFest and quiet hours should start later during the fest.

The apartment was very convenient for the Annafest in the Kellerwald. Easy 3 minute walk.
It needs a good spring cleaning. Visable spider webs with large spiders. The outdoor furniture needs cleaned and the bushes and trees need trimmed. The tree limbs block the walk way on the balcony.

The location was great and the property was very nice. Very well furnished, inside and out. The house was minutes from Centrum Forsheim and the bahnhof was within walking distance. The property was also very secure. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay! Thank you for your hospitality.
The only concerns we had were the incredibly awful odor coming from the dishwasher when we put our dishes in there. We ran it anyway, but it smelled terrible. Also the toilet upstairs does not flush very well. The parking arrangements are also less than ideal, but I also realize there isn't much you can do about that.
