About this cottage rental

Located in the quiet Gardens section of Ocean City, 2 blocks from the beach. This property was completely renovated and is very well maintained. All newer furnishings and appliances. HDTV, cable, wireless Internet access, outside shower, central air conditioning. Off street parking. The large screened porch is perfect for enjoying the ocean air.
Four beach passes provided. Families and adult groups over 25 years old only. No senior week or graduation rentals available...

Enjoyed our stay very much; walking distance to boardwalk and had plenty of space for 3 couples. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our winter stay. The house was larger than it appears in the photos. It was well stocked with just about everything we needed for our stay. Tom was great to communicate with. Very quick to reply and always provided the info we were looking for. Check in and check out was easy. House was clean and we had everything we needed to keep it clean.

The house was clean and as expected. However the living room furniture is really not adequate for for adults to just hang out and be comfortable. Only other negative was that the beds were uncomfortable. Good little house for just a few nights. Very charming.
