About this villa rental
Overlooking Kalkan bay and the open sea, Villa Topcu enjoys relative privacy on its hill-side perch, nestled among olive trees. Spacious and simply decorated, this Mediterranean retreat is ideal for mid to large families or groups of friends. The villa boasts a large (8mX4m) swimming pool on a spacious pool terrace with seating corners, as well as a smaller children’s pool. The garden/pool patio is a joy in itself, furnished with swing-seats, outdoor dining table, and a covered terrace above the pool with a stone-oven for BBQs, a second al-fresco dining option (with a better view) and an ottoman seating corner under bougainvillea vines.
Villa Topcu is a 10-15 minute walk to Kalkan Town Centre, and a 2 minute drive to the sea.

We are a group of 10 people who stayed in Villa Topcu in August 2018 and had a fantastic holiday. The villa was very spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything needed to cater for a large group. We did have to buy a few more mugs though as there were only 4 small ones, we Brits like our morning cuppa !!
There were a few things that needed fixing but these were sorted very quickly and we had bread and water delivered to the villa throughout our stay. A big thanks to the pool guy for bringing the bread every day and for keeping the pool and garden area in tip top condition.
Kalkan was superb, very picturesque with narrow cobbled streets and great rooftop restaurants. Taxis were really cheap and there's lots available.
We really enjoyed our stay and would like to thank Mustafa, Derman and the whole team at Overseas Collection for looking after us so well.
