I was there in winter and the night was cold- would help to understand how the room temperature is programmed. Some slippers also help in winter at least. We had 1 towel per person and would have been comfortable with 2 .

Great, centrally located apartment in Kleve

Centrally located and well equipped apartment, with wonderfully comfortable beds. Having access to parking nearby for 10 Euros per week is a real bonus. Would definitely recommended for an enjoyable stay with easy access to everything Kleve has to offer.

Appartment is very nice and quiet, at the same time walking distance to the centre and major attractions. All was good; bathrooms, additional toilet, nice bedroom and bed quality, small but cozy living room, Wi-Fi good reception, easy check in, checkout. Perfect location.

Heel mooi appartement in het centrum van Kleve

Het was heel prettig, dat wij al vanaf 14 uur mochten inchecken. Het contact met de eigenaresse verliep heel soepel, wij hebben een code doorgekregen. Om te parkeren zijn er meerdere mogelijkheden (gratis of voor een dag of weekprijs), wat goed uitgelegd wordt. Bij het gratis parkeren moesten wij wat langer lopen met de koffers, maar daar kozen wij zelf voor. Wij gingen vanwege de kerstmarkt, de locatie kon niet beter, maar ook als iemand dicht bij het centrum wil zijn, is het perfect. De bakker is tegenover het appartement, dus elke ochtend haalde ik verse broodjes en voor de kerstmarkt of het centrum moesten wij alleen maar oversteken. Het appartement is erg mooi, schoon en leuk ingericht, de slaapkamer heeft lekkere bedden, de aparte keuken heeft een zitgedeelte, de ruime woonkamer had ook slaapbank en de badkamer is bijzonder groot en als extraatje, is er ook een aparte toilet. Helemaal fijn, als mensen, net als wij met z'n drieën zijn. Wij hadden het erg naar onze zin.

Rundum perfekt

Rundum alles. Ich hatte ursprünglich etwas anderes gebucht und mich dann auf Basis der vorhandenen Bewertungen für diese Wohnung entschieden. Ein Glücksgriff - die Wohnung ist perfekt. Die Infos vom Gastgeber vorab sind so umfangreich, dass keine Fragen offen blieben. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen deshalb gerne wieder.

Hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Absoluut een topper!

Het appartement was perfect, alles meer dan compleet. Prachtige keuken, zit gedeelte, sanitair met een regendouche, slaapkamer, enz. Geen vlekje of smetje, zo mooi!!! Ook de locatie, t.o.v. centrum ( en kerstmarkt) was perfect!! Kortom: een dikke 10!!!

Gute Lage, in der Stadt Kleve ist fußläufig alles erreichbar.

Die Wohnung ist renoviert und hat eine angenehme Größe. Alle Räume gehen von einer Diele ab. Großes Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten. Zwei Toiletten. Küche zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Zentrale Citylage.

Zwei Umstände erfüllten unsere Erwartungen nicht! HEIZUNG zu kalt! Die Wohnung ließ sich nicht auf eine angenehme Temperatur bringen und halten. Man konnte zwar den Thermostat digital hoch stellen, aber nach ca. einer Stunde fiel die Einstellung wieder auf eine programmierte kühle Voreinstellung zurück. Das bedeutete, dass man jeden Abend nach dem Essen in eine kalte Wohnung zurück kam. HANDTÜCHER rochen unangenehm! Es standen grundsätzlich ausreichend viele Bad- und Küchentücher zur Verfügung. Alle Handtücher rochen bei Benutzung stark säuerlich und muffig. Die Vermieterin stellte zwar andere Handtücher zur Verfügung, aber diese hatten dasselbe Problem. Wir haben uns selbst andere Handtücher besorgt.

Die Lage. Erdgeschoss. Aber die Wohnung ging nicht zur Straße raus. Technisch, was wir einschätzen können, up to date. Sehr zu schätzen war die automatische Lüftungsanlage. Vor allem nachts aufgefallen, da wir beide sonst zu Hause bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Das war hier durch die Anlage nicht notwendig. Phantastisch. Alles notwendige war vorhanden und in gutem Zustand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sollte sich die Gelegenheit bieten, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder in diese Unterkunft. Hervorzuheben ist auch, dass wir immer in der Nähe einen Parkplatz gefunden haben.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet: Küche, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, großes Bad mit Waschmaschine (ohne Fenster), Gästetoilette. Sehr zentrale Lage zur City Kleve.

Am meisten hat mich gestört, dass es nur Kontakt über Booking.com gab, niemand sichtbar vor Ort. Fragen wurden zwar umgehend beantwortet, aber das Ergebnis war nicht zufriedenstellend, vor allem im Hinblick auf die Heizung. Das Bett war mir zu weich, die Bettauflage verrutschte immer wieder. Keine Verdunkelungsvorhänge, nur Jalousien. Die Aussicht auf unschönes Gelände. Es war mir zu kalt, vor allem im Bad. Es war nicht möglich, die Heizung unabhängig von den Temperaturfühlern einzuschalten, es war für mich sehr ungemütlich kühl in der ganzen Wohnung. Beim Fernsehgerät waren keine Sender eingerichtet. Habe mehrmals den Suchlauf gestartet ohne Ergebnis. Das sollte immer vor Bezug der Wohnung getestet werden und nicht erst, wenn der Gast eingezogen ist.

Een prettig verblijf met een ideale ligging en handige self check-in.

Wat mij het meest beviel was de handige self check-in met code, waardoor ik flexibel kon aankomen zonder op iemand te hoeven wachten. Daarnaast ligt het appartement midden in het winkelgebied, wat super praktisch was om meteen het centrum te verkennen.

Wat ik wat minder vond, is dat er veel licht door de jaloezieën schijnt. Daardoor werd de kamer ’s ochtends al snel erg licht en kon ik niet echt heerlijk uitslapen.

Mooi appartement midden in het centrum

De lokatie midden in het centrum en een goede Italiaanse restaurant voor de deur. De auto kon aan de overkant worden geparkeerd. Het appartement was heel schoon en modern ingericht, compleet met handdoeken, de keuken volledig ingericht.

Het bed was voor ons te zacht, en er lagen winterdekbedden op. De hoeslakens waren van grof materiaal en wij hebben er jammer genoeg daardoor niet goed geslapen. Wellicht een dunne dekbed en gladde katoenen overtrekken. Het uitzicht op een zeer verwaarloosde de tuin was vreselijk. Zet er een hoge schutting neer en haal het overtollige groen en meubilair weg!!!
