Ich werde es nicht mehr bei Novasol buchen.
Das Apartement war schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider war kein Balkon vorhanden. Da wir nicht gut zu Fuß waren, hätten wir mehr Sonne genießen können.
Die Matratze vom Klappbett war nicht benutzbar. Sie war schmutzig und verbraucht, hätte mal mit Dampfreiniger behandelt werden müssen. An den Schlüsseldepots standen keine Zimmernummern, sodass es ein Ratespiel war,wo sich unser Schlüssel befindet. Da kein Mitarbeiter vor Ort war, hat uns ein anderer Gast geholfen, der vorher die gleichen Probleme hatte. Beim Abreisen das gleiche Problem , ich habe den Schlüssel in den Briefkasten geworfen. Wir konnten keine Kurtaxe zahlen, weil kein Hinweis da war, wohin und an wen. Die Internetverbindung war sehr schlecht.
