The upstairs has a master suite, 3 bedrooms with queen-sized beds, one bedroom with two singles beds and 1 bathroom. 1 bedroom is on the main floor and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are located downstairs. The house comes fully equipped with air condition and a heating system as well.
It is very close to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, drug stores, banks, etc.
No pets allowed. No party booking.

The parking was on a rather steep driveway which we didn't know when we booked and had a Uhaul trailer behind us but we got it in just fine in the end. The house was wonderful, very spacious and roomy with a nice space for everyone. We were there for work for the weekend and found all the individual rooms well taken care of with comfortable beds nice at the end of a long day. Only downside while we were there was the coffee machine leaked from the bottom and we didn't notice for a while. Otherwise everything was fantastic and we would definitely stay there again!

The house was exactly as advertised and is very spacious so fit our large group well. The owner was easy to communicate with and even allowed us to check in early. Highly recommended if you are looking for somewhere to host a large group.

We were a group of firefighters and their families in the region for the annual Firefighter Stair Climb in Seattle to benefit Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Having one location for everyone that allowed us the time to prepare as well as recover after the event was a blessing and welcomed by all! Thos location was perfect!!!

The house was nice, but not fully furnished. There was a big family room downstairs with NO furniture. The only gathering area just had a couch & love seat so not a lot of seating. There was no outdoor area & limited parking. The owner called and/or came by every day. There was only 1 outdoor garbage can; therefore the owner asked us to put any extra garbage bags in the garage & then charged me $100 because there were “too many”. We were there for my sons wedding, the house was convenient, and we had a great time, but I would hesitate to recommend the house just for these issues.
