Can Rueda is a beautifully renovated holiday villa in Pollensa Mallorca, located in the sought-after residential area of La Font. Surrounded by mature gardens and enjoying lovely mountain views, the villa offers a peaceful setting within walking distance of Pollensa old town and just a short drive from the beaches of Cala Sant Vicenç and Puerto Pollensa.
Recently refurbished throughout, the property combines contemporary design with generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, making it an excellent choice for large families, groups of friends and cycling enthusiasts looking to explore north Mallorca.
Upon arrival, a private driveway provides secure parking, while a garage equipped with bicycle racks and a cyclist's workbench makes the villa particularly convenient for guests planning cycling holidays in the Tramuntana region.
Inside, the villa offers bright and spacious interiors with a modern Mediterranean feel. The impressive open-plan kitchen and dining area is centred around a large island and an oversized dining table seating up to 12 guests. Fully equipped with modern appliances including a coffee machine and dishwasher, it provides everything needed for relaxed family meals and entertaining.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the spacious living area, divided into two comfortable zones. One area is arranged around a fireplace, creating a welcoming atmosphere during the cooler months, whilst the second features comfortable sofas and a Smart TV for relaxed evenings indoors. Large sliding doors open directly onto the terrace, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.
The villa accommodates up to 12 guests across 6 en-suite bedrooms. One bedroom is located in a private area accessed via a staircase near the entrance and benefits from direct access to a spacious rooftop terrace with sun loungers. The principal suite offers generous wardrobe space, an en-suite bathroom, Smart TV and direct access to the garden. Additional double and twin bedrooms are distributed throughout the main house, all benefiting from private en-suite bathrooms.
Two further bedrooms are located within a separate independent apartment accessed from the terrace, providing additional privacy and flexibility for larger groups travelling together.
Outside, the beautifully maintained gardens create a relaxing environment for guests of all ages. The large heated private swimming pool, measuring approximately 12m x 6m, forms the centrepiece of the outdoor space and is surrounded by stylish sun terraces, comfortable loungers and parasols.

A group of friends and I recently stayed at Can Rueda, it was a stunning villa with everything you could need. It is a great location, walkable to old town Pollença and shops nearby.

The villa is really exceptional and well maintained. The open kitchen, diner and lounge is light and well furnished. The outdoor terrace and pool area is really lovely too.

A wonderfully well appointed villa, set in a secluded location in La Font. Spotless throughout, excellent amenities in the kitchen and the private heated pool was a delight. I particularly appreciated the welcome pack, which included many provisions (and more) essential for the first night's stay.
