Excellent location and quality of accommodation. Great opportunity to stay in a 15th C building. Small convenience store over the road and many restaurants nearby. Close to the metro.

Actually can't think of anything. Bit pricey, but worth the money.

The apartment was well laid out and well appointed and well equipped. Bedding was very comfortable kitchen was more than adequate for preparing a simple meal or breakfast. I really liked the fact that the shower and sink were separate from the toilet facilities. The location with phenomenal I have been to Paris many times at least a dozen but I have always wanted to stay on the Ile de St. Louis.

Unfortunately and beyond the control of the owner the apartment above our unit was being gut renovated so there was a lot of demolition material being hauled out of the building making the entrance for your less than ideal. As far as the apartment goes the only criticism I have was there were bath towels and hand towels but no washcloths. And there is no view but I knew that when I rented the place. you basically look into back alleys and other buildings but the lighting from the outside is decent.

I had booked this place as a birthday gift to my dad for his milestone birthday and my parents absolutely loved this apartment. Location: This apartment is an absolutely wonderful location (close to all metro stops, Notre dame etc.). It is in quiet street / building so there is not much noise in the night. There are tons of restaurants and bakeries in the walking distance Apartment: It is a fully furnished apartment and easily accommodated 3 adults for >1 week. The sofa bed in the living room was extremely comfortable to sleep on. There were adequate pots and pans that we adequately used to cook food on days we wanted to stay in. There is a local grocery store 1/2 block away that we used to buy some basic stuff (milk, fruits etc.) Host: Jennifer, our host, was absolutely wonderful. I had some minor issue when I checked in and she sent a handy man to immediately fix the apartment. She has wealth of information and gave us recommendations to check out. We were also gifted Seine river cruise tickets that we used to explore the city by water

While my stay was wonderful, these were a few things that did pose a bit of challenge (NOTE: these are my opinions alone) 1) Wifi can be definitely improved as it kept going in and out 2) Washer / Dryer - Since we were staying for >a week, we did have to do laundry a couple of days. This machine is not equipped to handle more than 3-4 pieces of clothing and took forever to dry 3) Mobile phone reception - There is zero reception in the building 4) My parents are 60+ and it was a bit of challenge for them to walk up the stairs (apt is on 2nd floor) with the suitcases
