We had a great time. Scallops were plentiful! It was great to be able to park the boat beside the house. The host live close so they were able to help with anything we needed. We didn’t use the private boat ramp.

This house is cute from the outside but a few things to note. Upon arrival the front porch was covered with ants and we saw two roaches. The king bedroom is an add on or enclosed porch area and it was extremely warm, even with a fan. The kitchen and sitting area is ample. Plenty of parking. No idea where the private boat ramp was but we never saw it.There is a nice backyard area but no outside lights so you can’t sit outside at nighttime. Our family had another house a mile down the road so we weren’t at our house much.Owner was responsive.
