The house of 120m2 is 200m from the sea, quiet, with a large garden of 1200m2.
The house is recent and fully renovated in 2019, comfortable and very bright facing south.
The house is located 5km from the center of PLOZEVET, 2km from the beach of PENHORS and 25km from QUIMPER.

Fantastic seaside house with that easy perfect charm of a holiday home! Had everything that we needed. Plus whole house had been renovated last year. First time that we felt that the walk to the beach was really just that. A nice short walk! We were very happy with our stay!

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht und sind wirklich sehr glücklich bei Jennifer gebucht zu haben. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, die Lage ist wirklich genial und Jennifer ist als Gastgeber sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben mit unserer Familie die Zeit vor Ort sehr genossen. Ideal ist die Ausstattung, ich habe noch kein Ferienhaus in der Bretagne gebucht welches besser ausgestattet war. Auch die ganzen Kleinigkeiten, von Geschirr über Gläser und Küchen Hilfsmittel. Einfach top. Die Betten sind super. Der Garten ist riesig und die Nähe zum Meer unter 100 m. Jennifer und ihr Mann sind super freundliche Gastgeber. Wir können das Haus zu 100% empfehlen.

Schöne Untekunft in Meeresnähe

Wir haben 14 schöne und erholsame Tage mit unseren 2 Hunden verbracht. Das Meer erreicht man in ganz kurzer Zeit über eine nur wenig befahrene Straße. Restaurants, Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Wir hatten einen Traumurlaub

Alles hat in diesem Urlaub gepasst. Das Haus ist in einem top Zustand, alles neu renoviert und sehr geschmachvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und das Meer in wenigen Minuten zufuß zu erreichen. Jennifer hat uns persönlich den Schlüssel überreicht und war für alle Fragen sofort erreichbar. Auch unsere 2jährige Tochter hat sich in dem Haus sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und unser Hund auch. Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnten wir uns auch dort entspannen. Wir waren im April dort und können diese Jahreszeit sehr empfehlen.

Wir haben in dem Ferienhaus von Jennifer einen unserer schönsten Urlaube in der Bretagne verbracht, es hat wirklich alles gepasst und an nichts gefehlt! Das Haus ist neu und sehr geschmackvoll renoviert, wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an total wohl gefühlt! Für unsere zwei Hunde war der komplett eingezäunte Garten optimal. Zum Meer sind es ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß und Bäcker sowie Supermarkt sind mit dem Auto ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Wir hoffen, dass wir nächstes Jahr unseren Urlaub wieder in diesem wunderbaren Haus verbringen können! Sonita & Volker mit Bonnie u. Toby

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und persönlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer und ein sehr schönes Bad und eine separate Toilette (was für mich auf den Bildern nicht sofort erkennbar war). Im Obergeschoß sind zwei Schlafzimmer und ein weiteres sehr schönes Bad mit Toilette. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, was für Mieter mit Hund sehr angenehm ist. Der Strand ist in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Vermieterin hat uns persönlich begrüßt und ist sehr nett, hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Objekt weiterempfehlen. Jederzeit wieder!

Cette maison est idéale pour des vacances au calme. La maison est spacieuse (nous étions 5, dont 3 adultes et 2 ados), d'une propreté irréprochable, avec un grand jardin (que notre Labrador à apprécié), à 200m du sentier côtier et d'une plage déserte. Les environs sont magnifiques et l'emplacement idéal comme camp de base pour explorer les pays Bigouden et Capiste. Jennifer, l'hôte est attentionnée, arrangeante, et à l'écoute. Merci pour ces 2 semaines extraordinaires !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est conforme aux photos, très propre, fonctionnelle et agréable. Jennifer est très sympathique et disponible. L'emplacement, à 200m de la mer est parfait pour admirer les vagues depuis la maison ou aller faire une balade salée et iodée.

Location impeccable. Rien vraiment rien à reprocher. Nous avons même informé la propriétaire que l annonce ne met pas assez en valeur la maison. L accueil à l image de la maison. Nous reviendrons c est certain. Un reproche ? Notre séjour trop court !! Kenavo !

Tolles, neu renoviertes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Absolut ruhige Lage mit einem Maximum an Privatsphäre. 2 Minuten zu Fuss zum Meer, traumhafte Strände. Unzählige Spaziermöglichkeiten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Super freundliche, hilfsbereite Hauseigentümerin/Vermieterin. Äusserst empfehlenswert.
