Apartment The Loft by Irundo

L'appartamento è spazioso e davvero pulito; la posizione è molto buona per raggiungere il centro a piedi ed è silenziosa.

Il parcheggio c'è sia davanti a casa sia poco distante ma non è facile trovare, quindi abbiamo sempre parcheggiato altrove. L'aria condizionata non riesce a rinfrescare a pieno l'appartamento essendo un sottotetto e molto ampio; fortunatamente durante il nostro soggiorno non era così caldo. Il quinto posto letto è un divano e non un divano letto quindi può risultare scomodo ad alcuni. Infine è presente una lavatrice ma potrebbe essere utile far trovare anche il detersivo perché in caso di un soggiorno breve, come nel nostro caso, non è compatibile comprare un detergente in autonomia, sarebbe molto utile trovarlo già disponibile.

Apartment was very new.

The air conditioning was not very effective; there was only one unit for the entire apartment, which was clearly insufficient. It is far from the city. The parking was okay, but we didn't have an assigned space (we were lucky to find one in front both days). The neighborhood wasn't the best, but we had no issues.

Amazing unit, very clean, nice location. Spotless

Key handover done in a rush, we weren’t told where to park and other info - catching up via WhatsApp was ok later on but always with a few hours to half day delay per question.

Very clean and up to date equipped. Kitchen, washing machine etc. all fine. Air condition available. very nice 10 min walk to centre and Riva. Parking lot in front of building. Very friendly and sympathetic handover of keys. 2 separated bedrooms, double bed + living room couch for 5th person possible.

Since attic might be a bit humid during summer.
