About this house rental
This property was developed and maintained by the owners in a neighborhood of multi-million dollar properties with a ZILLION DOLLAR VIEW!! The perfect location makes this an ideal vacation property for long term or short term rental. Property Managers are located in Siesta Key Village which is in the neighborhood. We boast the best Sunset in Southwest Florida. Each Master King Suite has a Master Bath, plus sauna. Rental 7 night minimum during peak season and holiday weeks.

We had a terrific time at Patti’s home on Siesta Key!! The house was so perfect for us and was beautifully furnished and well appointed. The kitchen was fully equipped and the furniture and beds extremely comfortable!! The best part of this home is that it is right on the beach facing the most magnificent sunsets one can imagine!! In addition the master bedroom, living room dining room and kitchen all face the ocean, so the views are incredible. With the windows open, we heard the constant flow of the ocean waves and it’s was just wonderful. We can’t wait to return next year, and thank Patti and the management company for being so terrific.

Very aged property, not kept up over the years. All Furniture old, including outside, bedding icky. Too many personal things everywhere. Kitchen very old.
Air Conditioning excellent, refrigerator excellent.
