Ocean Garden Villas P3 – Oceanfront Beach Vacation Condominium. Our “Home away from home”.
Comfortably decorated two bedroom/two bathroom ocean-front condo in North Myrtle Beach, SC - just a few short steps to the sand. Complete with your own private balcony with a direct view of the beach and ocean. It is a corner unit, so you have extra windows in the living room, as well as an extended view from the balcony.
Ocean Garden Villas is a very comfortable and clean 3-story condo complex, located along the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. There are miles of beautiful, wide sandy beaches in both directions. The perfect place for a family vacation.
We are located about 2.5 miles north of Barefoot Landing and 9 miles south of Little River, or 11 miles to Calabash, NC. Crescent Beach is about 15 miles north of the city of Myrtle Beach.
Additional Info: Along with the two large bedrooms and bathrooms there is also a newly updated kitchen that looks through the dining area and living room out to the private oceanfront balcony. The living room as well as both bedrooms have smart Roku TVs with all streaming options. The condo has central heating and air-conditioning, plus each room also has its own ceiling fan, including the dining area. The unit also has its own washer dryer. We find it so much easier to do your laundry without having to leave the comfort of the condo and no waiting. We also have Wi-Fi at no additional charge.
Our condo provides beautiful views of the ocean and the beach from your own private 3rd floor balcony. For those times when you may want to relax away from the beach, the complex has a great pool and sundeck. Unfortunately, we do not have an elevator in our building.
We want to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We provide all bedroom and bathroom linens in the rental price. You do need your own beach towels though. We also provide departure cleaning in the rental price.
Location Information: A great benefit of Ocean Garden Villas is its close proximity to all the family amusements and attractions that make Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach so popular. From the condo you are just a few short steps away from water sports including banana boat rides and Sea Doo rentals.

Perfect vacation, excellent location. Not only is it beachfront, but it is just far enough away from the high traffic tourist areas to be comfortable and quiet. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommended host and location.

This was perfect for my family to stay. It’s a short walk to the beach and we loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves. It was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and we would stay again.

This unit was completely remodeled, clean, and perfect for our small family. You can’t beat the ocean view and a corner unit!

The place smelled like mold pretty bad. It was clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The beds were not very comfortable and comforters were dirty and wreaked of mold when we arrived. However, They did have a few extra blankets in the closet so we took off the comforters. We had to go buy extra laundry detergent and wash them to use them. Still smelled so we went and bought new blankets from Walmart. When we left there our new blankets picked up the smell.
Pros: owners seemed extremely nice and responded to emails promptly. The place was adorable and kitchen was well equipped. We were there during Hurricane Idalia’s aftermath and the place didn’t flood and endured the wind. The owners supplied toilet paper and paper towels to get started and the AC was on when we arrived which was really nice. Washer and dryer in unit was amazing so we could wash blankets and bathing suits.
Cons: no elevator for anyone with disabilities but that didn’t affect us. I actually enjoyed getting some extra steps in.
Ceiling fan in the room with double beds was really loud. Almost sounded like air freshener being sprayed often: someone else must have noticed before us because there was cardboard or something shoved in the top of it to maybe quiet the noise somewhat? Not sure about why that was there.
Overall, Mold smell was the only reason I didn’t enjoy my stay to the fullest. My clothes even picked up the smell so I will have to rewatch when I get home.
