About this cottage rental
Cottage located in Chulilla, 100 meters from the Plaza, where you’ll find shops, bars, and restaurants. The cottage features a spacious and bright living room where you can enjoy pleasant evenings with friends and family, complete with a wood-burning fireplace that makes your stay even more comfortable.
It has 3 bedrooms: the “New York” bedroom, with 2 single beds, is the largest; the “Valley” bedroom, with 2 single beds and a view of the valley; and the “Turia” bedroom, with one single bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The cottage has 2 bathrooms with showers.
On the first floor, there is a garage for a small or medium-sized car. If you’re driving a larger vehicle or have trouble parking, there is a public parking lot 60 meters from the apartment and two other public parking lots 200 meters away. Having a parking space allows you to unload your luggage right at your own apartment without having to carry it, offering you added convenience.
On the first floor, we’ve set up a gym area with an elliptical machine and mats for floor exercises.
The house also features a rooftop terrace overlooking the Turia River valley, where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning, sunbathe during the day, or spend pleasant evenings under the stars—all of which give the accommodation a special charm.

The house is perfect. Not too big, what makes it feel cosy. But everything you need is there. I have no negative comments on the house and the owner. I give the location one star less, just because it can be a bit loud in the street. In the morning hikers pass the house, in the evening local folk meet eachother especially on friday and weekends. Still it is very quit around this house. you really can relax. But it is a very short walk to the centre.

Buena ubicación , aunque acceso un poco complicado al ser las calles del pueblo muy estrechas, casi mejor aparcar en las zonas habilitadas sin entrar al centro del pueblo.
