Location
There was nothing I did not like but worth mentioning on the listing that there are park fees of 70 us $ per person to pay as well

Location and game
Nothing but it is worth noting that you have to pay an additional $70 US per person in park fees to get to the hotel - this is not included in the hotel price and was a surprise to me

The Ark is very tired. It needs a sincere makeover to get it back to its former glory and be of a standard found in many cheaper locations in Kenya these days.
I have been to this hotel many times and usually I love it. It is however very tired. Not as clean as it should be. The staff seem to have been there forever and while this is good in some ways it brings a sense of complacency that can no longer be afforded to hotels in Kenya anymore because there is so much choice.
