About this chalet rental
A large, beachfront villa, bright, with spacious open areas, offering stunning views of the Bay of Cádiz that exude peace and tranquility, and breathtaking sunsets. With a private staircase leading directly down to the sand at Fuentebravía Beach.
La Villa, an old house from the 1950s that was restored through a fascinating contemporary architectural project, was formerly used as a church and is known for its location, on a landscaped 700 m² lot, with a 30-meter frontage facing the sea.
Five meters above the sand of Fuentebravía Beach stands a building in the traditional Andalusian architectural style, recently restored by architect Carlos Pedraza, a contemporary project that has transformed the original house into a serene, all-white, unique space with an open-concept living room and kitchen that open onto the terrace with the entire Atlantic Ocean stretching out before it, while preserving the location of the bedrooms in the annexes and the tower that gives the house its name.
The flooring throughout the house and on the veranda is defined by a new slab of polished concrete, the all-white walls, and the structure of the wooden beams on the deck. All exterior woodwork is made of white wood, and all windows feature thermally and acoustically insulated glazing and shutters with traditional wooden blinds.
The veranda, situated between the living room and the beach, features a traditional wooden-post structure and is shaded by a pergola; it measures 40 square meters and is furnished with outdoor sofas, a large table and teak armchairs, outdoor lighting, candles, outdoor audio equipment [Sonos + Spotify Premium], a projector, and a drop-down screen [open-air movie theater]. On the side terrace, a built-in barbecue, refrigerator, faucet, and professional-grade foosball table.

The property is organized into three separate sections: the main house [lobby, from which the tower rises, bathroom, living room, open kitchen, and laundry room] connected by a glass corridor to the sleeping area [bathroom, a mezzanine with a third bedroom, the master bedroom opens onto the sea through a large window]. Offering great privacy, in the eastern part of the garden under the shade of a large mulberry tree, is the third living area, with a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and a bedroom on the mezzanine, all with open layouts and windows facing the sea.

I came with a group of 12 friends and their partners for a friend’s wedding in Santa Maria and staying in Carlos’ villa made the entire experience. He is the most gracious host who made us feel right at home in his home. We will absolutely return!

Ein tolles Ferienhaus, sehr toll renoviert, super Ausstattung, in einer traumhaften Lage. Der Blick ist wunderschön, der Strand liegt direkt zu Füssen und ist nicht voll. Carlos, der Vermieter, ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich um alles umgehend und schnell.
Uns war nicht klar, wie die Zimmeraufteilung genau aussieht. Daher hier eine Beschreibung: Es gibt 2 große Schafzimmer mit Doppelbetten im Haupthaus. Eines davon hat in der oberen Ebene noch 4 Einzelbetten. Ferner gibt es im Turm ein Büro. Dort stehen auch 2 Betten, allerdings ist die Raumspartreppe hinauf sehr steil und es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Ansonsten gibt es in allen Zimmer eine Klimaanlage. Ein weiteres Schafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Bad und 2 Einzelbetten auf einer oberen Ebene ist in einem separaten Nebenhaus.
Vielen Dank an Carlos, das wir bei ihm zu Gast sein durften. Wir werden wieder kommen!
