At last a 4 star hotel that is honoring it's promise. Everything very well maintained and the service is fabulous.

Nice hotel close to the ruins if Mystra. Updated facilities, great restaurant and breakfast, classy bar. Spa, sauna, hammam, indoor pool abs jacuzzi for extra charge. You can request a better hair dryer to use than the one mounted on the bath wall, which literally just blows air with no heat or cooling settings.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience overall. On the positive side, the hotel offers very good facilities. The gym was well-equipped, and the indoor swimming pool was particularly հաճելի and relaxing. The staff were polite and professional throughout my stay, which I appreciated. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of food options that catered to different tastes. However, there were several issues that fell short of expectations, especially for a five-star hotel. The room was not very clean upon arrival, and I even found some hair on the bed, which was quite off-putting. The carpets inside the room also didn’t appear to be properly cleaned. While the room itself was spacious, the overall cleanliness did not match the standard one would expect. Room service was inconsistent, as the bed was not made every day. Additionally, despite requesting a non-smoking room, there was a noticeable smell of cigarettes when entering the room, which was disappointing. Another issue was with the bathroom — there was a water leak in the bath/shower area that caused water to spill out onto the floor, creating a mess and inconvenience. In summary, while the hotel has strong facilities and courteous staff, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, and poor attention to detail make it difficult to justify its five-star rating.
