Very nice and clean and staff we very nice
Even though it is pet friendly our room smelled like a wet dog. 🤢 I wanted to ask for another room or ck out but my husband convinced me to stay since it was just one night

The location was close to Montreat where I was attending an event. The cookie at check in was nice. Bed was comfortable and ac worked well.
There was mold around the bottom of the shower. The floor in the lobby was sticky in places. There was barely enough parking for everyone. The room fire alarm went off at 7 in the morning when I was still in bed. It was scary. I called the front desk and they said I may want to come to the lobby, then they said "never mind". I never knew what that was all about.
