About this house rental
Apartment on the mezzanine floor of a two-family villa with independent entrance and independent garden. 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds on a double occasion and a bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 of which is extra large. Living room with kitchen (satellite TV, DVD, mp3 radio, ceiling fan, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, oven, fridge freezer and hairdryer).
Mosquito nets in all windows and 2 large verandas with sea view. Two bathrooms with shower floor.
Garden and green lawn with wooden garden furniture and ample parking. Barbecue, outdoor shower and private entrance to the beach.

Exceeded our expectations! Beach and ocean is steps from a fantastic out door space (covered seating/dining, uncovered lounge space and fabulous rooftop seating). The area is super quiet in Oct/Nov but we were able to find everything in nearby Villasimius 20min drive away. The beach and swimming is great for adults and families alike. The host did everything to support and make us comfortable. The house is well laid out to ensure you are able to enjoy an ocean front property. Only allowed to give 5 stars but our experience was a 10!

We just returned from Solanas and we spent a wonderful time at the Villa Nida. The villa is fully furnished (incl.kitchen) and maintained with heart. The proximity to the ocean is just about a few steps and the view from the terrace is unbeaten. The owners are very relaxed and friendly. Villa Nida is definitely to be recommended. We hope to be back one day!
