Clean safe secure comfortable close to Starbucks, McDonald's and health supermarket-Toucan.
I like the big screen TV connection to my YouTube. Vending machines in working order, washer and dryer on site.

You get what you pay for. BASIC is what is offered at this motel. The corridors dont' smell good. Staff are friendly and available. The rooms are very quiet. The location near the University is EXCELLENT.

Location was good, it was the south side of town near the university. It was near some nice places to eat and off the main roads.
Card reader at back and side doors didn’t work properly, had to swipe several times to open the side door, the back door didn’t work at all! The room wasn’t cleaned properly, old microwave, feces on the bathroom floor, smoke detector was hanging on the wall, tub drain had something weird in it, etc.
