For us, this was the perfect location in Zadar. Only 20 minutes from the airport, as our return flight was 5am. Only 15 minutes from the Zadar Old Town. The swimming pool was a huge bonus, even though its's quite small its still a lot of fun for the kids. The host was super responsive and friendly, although we only communicated by WhatsApp.
No air-conditioning in bedrooms and no ventilation when bedroom doors closed. Its a minor detail but was the one thing that I feel the need to mention. Perhaps just a ventilation between the main room and bedrooms would completely solve this.
